Quick Search with Tracker Search Tool

For you who use Windows previously often use certain features of this one which is "Search". This tool is especially helpful to us in the search for and find the files that we need quickly. With the help of Tracker Search Tool, we can find the file easily although we do not know the storage location on our computer.
When we finished installing Ubuntu, the Tracker Search Tool lansung was not active, therefore we must first enable them to be able to find work files that we want later.
To enable it, follow a few steps below:

1. Select the menu System> Preferences> Search and Indexing.

2. In the Preferences window Tracker,
General section and check Enable Enable Indexing Watching.

If prompted to restart Daemon Tracker, just click the Restart button. Then click ok

After the restart Daemon Tracker later you will see the icon berlambang luv on the notification system.

Please wait until the process of indexing the files in your computer's finish. Then you can search the file through Applications> Accessories> Tracker Search Tool.

To speed the search, please go to the Performance tab.

For the addition of a partition or a directory search, please go to the Files tab, then on the Watchs Directories select Add to add a partition or dir you want to in Seacrh Tracker Tool.
